MONTY RAST, Cameron, S.C., and his wife, Kathy, with the 2007 Cotton Foundation/Farm Press High Cotton Award presented at the Beltwide Cotton Conferences at New Orleans. Rast was honored for his achievements in combining high quality cotton production with environmental stewardship.
