New Holland has introduced another member of the TN tractor family which is specifically designed for vineyards and narrow orchard operations. This new model brings a number of exclusive features to the specialty, super-narrow tractor market.
The narrow, low-profile design of the TN75V makes it easy to maneuver in tight places, so they're right at home working around trees and vines. Cab tractors have an overall clearance as low as 85.1 inches, so the tractor will fit where other cab tractors can't.
Non-cab tractors feature a standard foldable ROPS that makes it easy to get under low branches and overhangs when needed.
The TN75V is powered by a three-cylinder, turbocharged engine that produces 62 PTO horsepower and features a 16×16 Synchro Command Plus transmission with fully synchronized mechanical shuttle. The 16×16 Synchro Command Plus transmission offers a wide range of speed choices — eight speeds in the two to eight mph range, plus four speeds between 0.4 mph and one mph for work that requires low operating speeds.
The TN75V has three rear-remote valves: the first valve has adjustable flow control.
Front weight support and six, 55-pound weights are standard. Three-point lift-link arms are Category II and convertible to Category I or Category I-N.
Adjustable stabilizer blocks control width limits
Engine compartment side-protection shields are also standard to protect valuable branches and vines from damage.
TN75V tractors are available as 2WD or FWD models. FWD tractors feature a conventional front FWD axle and the New Holland exclusive Traction Management Systems that automatically manages the engagement and disengagement of the FWD axle when traction assistance is needed. This feature allows the tractor to operate at a constant speed during applications like spraying. Electrohydraulicaly engaged differential lock is standard on both 2WD and FWD models.
2WD tractors are available without cabs, while FWD units are available with or without cabs. Tractors without cabs have an isolation-mounted platform and foldable mid-mounted roll bar to allow operation in low-clearance and vineyard environments.
Cab tractors have a radio-ready, isolation-mounted cab with double doors, opening front and rear windows with washers and wipers, heater, air-conditioning and a rear cab access panel for control/monitor box entrance.
Four tire packages provide the choice of overall minimum vehicle widths from 48.5 to 42.5 inches. In the 48-inch setting, the TN75V provides a larger tire footprint on the ground than competitive tractors, which is especially beneficial to operators who pull sprayers and implements up and down hills.
The larger footprint increase traction and flotation with less ground compaction.
